Michelle J. Banik moved to Riverton in 2022 with her husband and two children. Lured by its historic charm, which she vows to preserve for future generations, their family has restored a beautiful historic home at the corner of Main and Eighth St.
Michelle brings valuable skills to Riverton Borough Council. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industries, she currently serves as VP, Claims Specialist Senior at Munich Re in Princeton. Her expertise lies in managing complex claims, including reinsurance, large commercial property, and excess claims adjusting.
Michelle is deeply committed to community. She was appointed as a member of the Riverton Historic Preservation Committee because of her passion for preserving Riverton’s character and charm.
